At VOYAGE, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests. Below are the terms of our refund and cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be made through the booking portal of Bokun.

  • Cancellations should be requested at least 24 hours before the activity’s scheduled date to be eligible for a refund.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the activity) are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

  • If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

  • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or force majeure), we will provide alternative options or a full refund.

3. Rescheduling & Modifications

  • Changes to your booking (such as rescheduling) must be made via Bokun’s booking portal or by contacting us directly.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the activity are not guaranteed.

  • Some rescheduling requests may be subject to additional charges, depending on availability and price changes.

4. Exceptional Cases

  • If an activity is canceled by us due to operational reasons, you will be entitled to a full refund or a reschedule option.

  • Refund requests outside the standard policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
