Refund & Cancellation Policy
At VOYAGE, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests. Below are the terms of our refund and cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations
All cancellations must be made through the booking portal of Bokun.
Cancellations should be requested at least 24 hours before the activity’s scheduled date to be eligible for a refund.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the activity) are non-refundable.
2. Refunds
If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or force majeure), we will provide alternative options or a full refund.
3. Rescheduling & Modifications
Changes to your booking (such as rescheduling) must be made via Bokun’s booking portal or by contacting us directly.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the activity are not guaranteed.
Some rescheduling requests may be subject to additional charges, depending on availability and price changes.
4. Exceptional Cases
If an activity is canceled by us due to operational reasons, you will be entitled to a full refund or a reschedule option.
Refund requests outside the standard policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
